AUPE Union members who have been affected by an employment income drop of at least 30% reduction or Retrenchment / Contractual termination / Job loss due to the COVID-19 outbreak may submit an online application from 23 November 2020 to 28 February 2021. Click here to apply.

Successful applicants who had previously received NTUC Care Fund (COVID-19) and still hold valid union membership will be eligible to receive another round of cash relief. They need not apply again and will be informed via SMS and the amount will be deposited to the registered bank account by early December. Union members must not be in fees arrears in order to be eligible for the assistance.

  2. At least 2 Job/Event Cancellations (for Self-employed / Freelancers only) due to COVID-19 affecting income significantly OR
  3. Retrenchment / Contractual termination / Job loss due to COVID-19
    • Members who were retrenched from March 2020 due to COVID-19, had not been successful in the NTUC Care Fund (COVID-19) and is still now unable to find a job at point of application.

Successful applicants will receive the assistance credited directly into applicant’s bank account. For new members who join after 2 Oct 2020, you will receive assistance after the first month’s membership deduction is successful.
