On the 22 June 2009, my colleague and I went down to AUPE co-op to apply for a loan. We were served by your staff, Vimala. She was really helpful in servicing to our needs. As we took time off and were pressing her to rush, she understood our problem.

Thanks for all your help, Vimala in going the extra mile to understand our need. You are really remarkable in service for if only we had waited for the cheque to be processed, we would not be able to return to office in time.

Vimala, so sorry to put you in such a difficult position however we really thank you for your pleasant disposition and constant smile in understanding our problem. Vimala processed our transaction with much ease.

Thanks Vimala, if only every staff was patterned after you, all customers would be able to walk away with maximum satisfaction and contentment.

She has been very detailed with her answers and very patient with me too.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided with AUPE so far.

I am writing in to compliment your staff, Miss Cindy Chng for her very patient, helpful, polite and wanting to serve attitude. I felt that such great service should be noted and given a pat to encourage service excellence.

Feedback To AUPE : I would like to appreciate and thanks Mrs Lee for her excellent service on 5th March 2009, which gave me a good impression of her. I'm really touched by her sincerity. She's very understanding with the situation that I'm facing. I would like to recommend all my colleagues to be a member of AUPE.

I would like to thank Mdm Lee Cheow Gek for her real understanding to people like me and others who have $$ problems. Mdm Lee is not only motherly but her naturally caring and sincere heart has helped in many ways. I am so touched when she recently helped to get my loan approved just to pay my domestic bills. Not only that, she did it very promptly to get my daughter's school fees paid earlier as expected. I salute her for her kindness and am deeply very impressed by her action.

She is more than a mother to me who understands her child's plight internally. Thank you very much Mdm Lee. May God Bless you with good life and health. May God protect you and your family, as well as your staff who are friendly and very efficient. I am inclined to give you more support now by recruiting as many members as I could. Although,in the past, I have recruited some but your sincerity makes me want to do more for you. I thought this is the only way I could repay your kindness. I believe, many good years will be waiting for you.

Feedback To AUPE : I have been to many places but never in my life seen such a wonderful, polite and pleasant staff like Madam Lee Cheow Gek. She really helps and explains very well. I would like to recommend her for the most courteous staff in AUPE or any other organisation. Keep up the good work. Thank you
