10.2 |
The Society shall keep a copy of the Act, the Rules, the By-laws and a list of members of the Society open to inspection by its members, free of charge, at all reasonable times at the registered address of the Society. |

10.3 |
The Society shall have its own common seal of a design approved by the Board. All bonds, contracts, and important documents shall be sealed with the seal of the Society. The seal shall not be affixed to any document except with the authority of the Board and such sealing shall be attested to by the signatures of the Chairman of Board, the Secretary/General Manager and the Treasurer/ Accountant. |
