  1. NAME, ADDRESS AND AREA OF OPERATION   Name

The Society shall be called the A.U.P.E. Multi- purpose Co-operative Society Limited.
      
     
  1.2
The registered address of the Society shall be at "WISMA AUPE", 295 Upper Paya Lebar Road Singapore 534929 or such address as may be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time. Every change of address shall be notified to the Registrar and to any non-members who may be creditors of the Society.
