NAME, ADDRESS AND AREA OF OPERATION |

The Society shall be called the A.U.P.E. General Services Co-operative Limited (AUPE GENERAL SERVICES CO-OP). |

The registered address of the Society shall be at WISMA AUPE, 295 Upper Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 534929 or such other place as the Board of Directors may from time to time decide upon. Every change of address shall be notified to the Registrar and to non-members who may be creditors of the Society. |

The area of operation of the Society shall be in Singapore . |
