The AUPE Foundation Co-operative Ltd was registered on 3 January 2004 and officially inaugurated on the Union's Founders Day on 26 September 2005.

Its mission is to enhance the social and economic status of its members and also the community of less fortunate people who need public assistance.

Through the years, its fund raising projects have helped the needy and less privileged members of the union and community.
