Who can be a union member of AUPE?

All civil servants and employees in most Statutory Boards who are not on personnel boards can join us as union members except uniformed personnel in MINDEF, SAF, Police Force, Civil Defence and armed personnel in Certis CISCO.

What is the subscription rate?

Payment of membership is made through Inter-bank GIRO monthly, at the rate of $9 per month, plus an annual contribution of $9 to the Singapore Labour Foundation.

What is the NTUC U Card?

The NTUC "U" card is a union membership card.

How do you check my LinkPoints balance?

Members enquiring on their LinkPoints balance can do so via:

  1. NTUC Link’s website: www.linkpoints.com.sg
  2. Receipts from purchases made at Fairprice

What should I do if my NTUC U card is damaged, lost or stolen?

If your card is damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced, please call our staff, Ms Sellam at Tel: 6380 0877 or our office at 6280 8033 for a replacement.

What is the $12 levy that is deducted from my account every 15th of January and July of the year?

The deduction for the $12 made on 15th January and July each year is the levy for the Mutual Aid Welfare Scheme III. This scheme pays out cash benefits to members below the age 65 years in the event they are hospitalised.

How do I make a claim if I was recently warded in hospital?

Please download the claim form and submit together with a copy of the hospitalisation bill from the hospital.
