AUPE Members & Staff, NTUC Affiliates and Non-Members may apply to Chairman, S & R Club Management Council to reserve the Lee Kong Chiang Hall for their private parties and function if the hall is not in use. The rental rates are as follows: |

Members organising activities for union members will have to write to the Chairman, S & R Club Management Council to seek approval for usage and waiver of fees for the hall. |

For booking other than the above, the rental rate is $80.00 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours plus cleaning charges of $75.00. |

6) |
Rental charges include: |

a) |
Consumption of utilities; and |
| |
|
b) |
20 sets of 1 table and 8 chairs. |
| |
| |
7) |
The above rates take effect from 14 March 2006. |
