Complaints / Suggestions
25.1
Complaints / suggestions by members on any matter other than hereinafter provided shall be stated in writing to the Honorary Secretary who shall place such complaints / suggestions before the Council for consideration or action together with a record of steps, if any, taken by the Honorary Secretary in relation thereto.
25.2
The names and membership number of members should be clearly written and signed, otherwise such complaints / suggestions will not be considered.
