| 19 |
Audit |
| |
| 19.1 |
Two voting members who are not members of the Council, will be elected and appointed as Honorary Auditors at each alternate Annual General Meeting and will hold office for two years only and shall not be eligible for re-election for consecutive terms. They will be required to audit each year's accounts and submit a report to the Annual General Meeting. They may be required by the Chairman to audit the Club's accounts for any period within their term of office at any date and submit a report to the Council. |

| 19.2 |
In additional, the Annual General Meeting will elect two Alternate Honorary Auditors. In the event of sickness or long absence of the Honorary Auditors, the Alternate Honorary Auditors shall act on their behalf. |

| 19.3 |
In the event that the total number of Honorary Auditors and Alternate Honorary Auditors falls to less than two the Council shall propose new Honorary Auditors and Alternate Auditors so as to make up to two Honorary Auditors and Alternate Honorary Auditors. The Council shall submit their applications at the next Annual General Meeting. |

| 19.4 |
The Council shall appoint a firm of public accountants to be the External Auditors of the Club at the beginning of each Financial Year. They shall audit each year's accounts and submit a report to the Annual General Meeting. The Council shall be empowered to pay audit fees to the External Auditors. |
