At each alternate Annual General Meeting, members of the Council, except the Chairman, shall retire, but shall be eligible for re-election. Election shall be by secret ballot for each office. In the case of two or more nominees receiving equal number of votes, a re-vote will be taken. Nominations on prescribed forms for the in-coming Council must be received by the retiring Honorary Secretary seven days prior to the Annual General Meeting. All officers, except the Honorary Treasurer and the Honorary Assistant Treasurer, may be re-elected for consecutive terms to the same or related posts. |
