Rules and Regulations of the AUPE Sports and Recreation Club

| 13 |
Office Bearers |
| |
| 13.1 |
The Management of the Club shall be entrusted to a Council consisting of up to fifteen (15) officials, eight (8) of whom shall be the nominees of the Founder Member to be elected at the alternate Annual General Meeting. The Chairman shall be nominated by the Founder Member. |

| 13.2 |
The Council shall elect among themselves to fill the following posts: |

|
Vice-Chairman; |
| |
|
Honorary Secretary; |
| |
|
Honorary Assistant Secretary; |
| |
|
Honorary Treasurer; and |
| |
|
Honorary Assistant Treasurer. |
| |
| 13.3 |
The Council shall appoint such full-time officers as it deems necessary for the efficient running of the Club. Such full-time officers may concurrently hold office in the Council. |

| 13.4 |
The Council shall be empowered to co-opt at least one representative from each of the Affiliate Members to add to the committee elected under Clause 14 below. |
